Story
Thanks for getting this far!
As you may know, I am climbing Kilimanjaro at the very end of June and early July 2010. I'm partaking on behalf of COCO, who I am also volunteering for 2 days a week. COCO is a children's charity, founded by former Olympian, Steve Cram. COCO specialise in giving better opportunities to children who are born without priveledges which we take for granted, this is done through the provision of healthcare and education to children.
In order to take part I am asked to raise £2,800 in sponsorship, of which roughly £1,425 remains after costs have been factored in. £1,425 can make a massive difference to lives; for example, malaria is the single biggest killer of African children and half of these deaths could be avoided if parents had access to a drug that costs only $1.
If you would like more information about COCO, then please have a look on www.coco.org.uk.
I appreciate any donation immensely, I recognise that times are hard and therefore, the purse strings are having to be tightened. But any donation really will help me get there, and help COCO raise some much needed funds.
Thanks again,
Bradley.
