This Saturday is the Hertfordshire Memory Memory Walk in aid of The Alzheimer's Society. It takes place in Fairlands Valley Park, Stevenage - Lydia and I are doing the 10km walk in memory of our dear grandmother Helen. There are almost 13,400 people living with dementia in Hertfordshire and this is expected to rise to 17,400 by 2021. The money raised from Memory Walk will help to support them and their carers.
