Story
On 14/02/22 Winnie and Willow were born at 22 +6 weeks weighing 450g and 417g.
Having arrived more than 17 weeks early and warned of their chances of survival, we owe their lives to the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) who gave us 8 precious days with our girls. We feel so lucky to have had something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
We experienced the best / worst week of our lives. Having come out much stronger than expected, they were welcomed by TMBU, beating everyone’s projections and fighting harder than ever imagined. We loved them deeply their whole lives and will miss them for the rest of ours.
Braden is running the Brighton marathon (10/04/22) to raise money for TMBU. We hope that you can make a small donation to those who deserve it most. Those that spend their lives saving others!
Any contribution would mean the world to us all.
Thank you!

Dear Winnie + Willow,
Loving you was easy and if our love was enough to save you, you’d have lived forever.
