In 2016 myself and my Cousin Steven took part in several running events leading up to the Cardiff Half to raise money for Alzheimer’s society in memory of our Grandad. 

Sadly my Nan passed away in 2017 suffering another cruel disease cancer. 

I am taking part in The London Triathlon for a personal challenge but also in memory of my Nan. I  know lots of others are suffering in the world. I want to to send a message out to anyone suffering the disease. Keep fighting this cruel disease! You can beat it! You are not alone, let’s fight it together! 

 I just want to raise as much money as possible to help the cause!
