That’s a huge number and we can tell you first hand, it hurts. In a world where mental health is being talked about more and more I’m not afraid to admit the last few months have been the hardest of my life.

I’m raising money in River’s memory to enable support to be offered to those that need it.

I’ve not been a on bike since 2020 but they say you never forget how to ride a bike so I’m sure 50 miles won’t be too hard!
