So this year I have been set the challenge by my gorgeous stepdaughter (who will be joining me) to run Cardiff Half Marathon. This will be the first time I have ran a half marathon and after the initial shock and panic I am now quite looking forward to it.

The charity I have chosen is National Youth Arts Wales

National Youth Arts Wales is a charity for young performers and creatives right across Wales, from ages 11-25.

They provide a stepping-stone between grass-roots arts activities and the professional creative industries, helping young people to achieve their goals in the arts. They celebrate Wales’s unique and diverse cultural history, whilst helping the next generation of talent to innovate and experiment.

The reason why I have chosen this charity is because I am passionate about supporting youngsters in our communities to inspire, fuel and motivate them to pursue their dreams. By donating you will be directly helping youngsters across Wales access opportunities to nurture their creativity.
