On 14th July, I’ll be running 10k in aid of “Spread Some Sunshine”, a charity set up by my amazing friend Faye, who is probably about the most upbeat person I’ve ever met.

I’ve never run a 10k before, and I only signed up 17 days before the event takes place, so it’ll be quite a challenge…but I think you know that I like a challenge! I’m also absolutely guaranteed a PB so that helps my slightly competitive side.
