I am Susie, CEO at u-evolve and this year I am taking on the festive 10k run to support this amazing charity. We are a youth mental health charity and every year support in excess of 200 young people aged 11 - 21 years to improve their mental health and to feel better. Right now we are experiencing a mental health crisis and young people need our help more than ever. Your support will help us to continue delivering our impactful services providing individual and group support to young people in Edinburgh struggling with their mental health.
