Hello from Lissa Elf! I’ve decided to give Betsy bike the day off and see how far I can get on my own two legs! I’m raising funds for my friend Susie's charity u-evolve, an Edinburgh based youth mental health charity that every year supports in excess of 200 young people aged 11 - 21 years to improve their mental health and to feel better. Right now we are experiencing a mental health crisis and young people need our help more than ever. Your support will help us to continue delivering our impactful services providing individual and group support to young people in Edinburgh struggling with their mental health.
