I know what it means to lose everything and start over. But I also know the power of hope... and kindness.

Even with the little I have, I am donating what I can to help other refugees - because we all deserve dignity, safety, and a chance to rebuild.

I am supporting Da’aro Youth Project, a charity that stands with young refugees like me. Living in the home office hotel will put you through a lot of stress, but joining the Injera club meant a lot to me. With Da’aro, I could connect with my community, eat food from my home country and I got to go on an amazing canoeing trip! Also, while I was looking for an online course, Da’aro provided me with a laptop to support my studies!
