I decided to set-up a Bowman Team to compete in this years Great South Run to encorage fitness being a great part of a healthy work life balance and was keen to ensure we looked to support a local charity that really meant something to us. I'm proud we decided to support the Minstead training project as my brother-in-law is a student there and I know how rewarding he finds the time he spends with the team at the project.
