Ralph and Sophie will be attempting to swim 3.8km down the River Arun on Saturday 23rd June.

When we signed up, after consuming a very large Christmas dinner, this swim seemed like a really good idea. Even though it was Ralph's idea. Sophie was subsequently devastated to find out that an 'Ironman swim' does not involve meeting Robert Downey Jr in Speedo's, it simply means it's a very long way.
