We are running the Bristol 10k to raise money for Rowan's Hospice on the South Coast in thanks for the support they gave to Nick's cousin Lucy Goddard and her family during her terminal illness. Sadly Lucy died of breast cancer earlier this year, but the Hospice and their Meerkats programme have greatly helped her children carry on with their lives. The Hospice provides all services completely free of charge  but need £4.8m a year to continue their vital work. Please donate anything you can to support this great cause.
