On the 28th June Charleston and Fredericks will be undertaking a 720km/450 mile bike ride from Bordeaux in France to Barcelona in Spain. We will cross the pyrenees climbing the formidable Col du Tourmalet a 2000m 2 hour ride uphill with 3 other climbs of 1500m (Ben Nevis 1344m). Our aim is to complete the ride in 6 days which works out to be 70ish miles each day. We will be riding in aid of the cardiomyopathy association.
