Story

A team of family and friends are taking part in a 5k/10k inflatable obstacle run on the 1st July, in Chelmsford Essex.... in memory of Darcey Leigh Shaw.

Darcey left us suddenly and far too soon at just 2 and a half
years old in September 2016. She brought us all so much joy and happiness in her short life. She will never be forgotten.

(Please read more about Darcey's story here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/darceyleighshaw)

All of the money raised will go into Darcey's Great Ormond Street Children's Charity 'Brighter Future Fund'. Everything here goes directly towards financing the vital funds needed for the neurology department and the koala ward at GOSH.

'Boo' was the nickname used by Darcey's brother Riley and 'Kangaroo' because Darcey's uncle Scott will be completing the race dressed as a kangaroo :D
