My involvement with the Picturehouse Choir & Sing For Water has given me a great appreciation of the work of Water Aid , providing clean drinking water - a basic requirement & something we all take for granted.

At least 2 million people, most of them children, die every year from water-borne diseases such as diarrhea. That's one child every 20 seconds. This is shameful & yet it costs just £15 to provide one of these children with clean drinking water for life.
