Abseiling Down The Arcelormittal Orbit · 22 April 2018

We fund life-saving research to help cancer patients everywhere.

Story

Thank you for visiting our team's fund raising page for the 2018 abseil down the ArcelorMittal Orbit.  This is the 114.5 meter-high sculpture and observation tower in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London.

5 brave team members will be abseiling down the sculpture on the day to raise money for our charity of the year, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.  In addition to the abseil, over the past year people across the firm have been participating in bake-off contests, quiz nights and the fiercely contested 'Boodle's got Talent' to raise money for this worthy cause.

The abseil team, with your help, will be raising money which will go towards ensuring that the Royal Marsden nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
