We are looking to raise money for brain tumor research. Sadly our beloved husband/father/grandfather Prem Bedi from Birmingham was taken away from us Christmas 2015 due to a very aggressive brain tumor by the name of a glioblastoma multiforme. The tumor was diagnosed in September 2015 and within a matter of weeks, Prem was taken away from us. We never once imagined that this could happen to us as Prem was physically fit and healthy, still working, and had a good lifestyle.
The tumor grew very rapidly and was totally out of the blue. Brain Tumors kill more people under 40 than any other cancer and receive less than 1% of the national spend on research. We want to help push the message and let people know more about brain tumors.
Prem was due to retire, slow down from his day job as an MOT tester and concentrate on himself and his grand children. The rock of our family, Prem always put everyone else first and himself last. Life has been cruel taking him the way that he went.
As a family we are now looking to support brain tumor research and would like to help to find new ways to tackle tumors of all grades so people in the future can have hope and maybe a cure
Your support today will help to fund more research in trying to find a solution.
Please help us to help others
