Imagine this bike with me on it, zooming along the lanes of Denbighshire. You can help by stuffing the tastefully co-ordinated cycle bags full of fivers and tenners. This will have the effect of propelling me more quickly to the nearest pub (oops - that should read BHF organising committee) where I will hand over the dosh.

I have a modest aim on this occasion - to raise £200 and cycle 30 miles. But I am quite old and do not have very many mates. Actually I have had to raise this from the initial £100 target due to the  magnificent and unexpected generosity of the first few donors...
