The Helen Rollason Cancer Charity is dedicated to supporting people whose lives are touched by cancer. Our support includes the provision of; complementary therapies, counselling, support groups, work shops and so much more, to enable quality of live whilst living with cancer.

Let me introduce ourselves, Sarah, Lara, Sara and Nicola are from Body Fresh Gym Harlow and we are taking part in this years Battle Cancer cross fit competiton in Olympia London on the 15th October 2023.

We want to drive a movement that helps those affected by cancer in inspire them in their darkest moments and support them in recovery.
