For those of you who know me, you'll be aware my Dad died in November from Metastatic Prostate Cancer. That term means that the cancer originated in his prostate and spread through his body, becoming terminal. It was a terrible end to the life of a great man, but it should not have happened. I'm running the Great North Run in Newcastle on 20th September 2009 in memory of my Dad and to raise money for this Charity which supports men and families who have been affected by this disease.
