I have worked for MHA since May 2019. This incredible charity is innovative and creative in the ways in which we support our residents to live later life well. 

Famileo is incredible programme which enables families to interact with their loved ones in a way which is accessible to the residents we support. I have seen first hand the impact it has and its wonderful way of supporting staff to engage with residents. 

I am aiming to raise £225 as this will fund one month of famileo in my five care homes that I support. 

Depending on how generous you all are! I will run one km for every pound raised before Easter. I have linked my strava app to this fundraising account to monitor my progress.

Being out of touch with friends and family can be hugely detrimental to the well-being of those in later life. MHA, believe connection is fundamental to the happiness of each person in their care. This is why I am taking footsteps for Famileo. I am pledging steps towards a 10 million step target!
