Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care and community support for children and young people with life-shortening conditions. 2 of my Granddaughters spent the last days of their lives here with my Son and Daughter in law. The support they gave them, and our family, has been invaluable. This support has carried on to enable them to cope with what happened and it is through charitable support that they are able to offer such an amazing service.

There are hundreds of children and young people in your local community who are unlikely to reach adulthood. And even more parents and family members who need care, help and support on their journey, as they do not know how long they will have together.
