Ok, so I've signed up to take part in the London to Brighton Night Ride 2015; 50 odd miles, that sodding hill at the end, and all starting at 23:30 this Saturday night.

Here's the thing, I've paid the entry fee and made a personal donation to the wonderful British Heart Foundation, so I'm good to go.  So if on the night it's tipping with rain, then I can stay at home with a clear conscience.
