We are challenging people to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks with us to raise money to help reduce health, well-being inequalities and tackle social isolation in Leeds.
Story
Did you know that people born in deprived areas of Leeds are more likely to:
- suffer from being socially isolated
- have lower income
- have significantly lower life expectancy- live with limiting long term conditions including poor mental health
Zest already works with around 1500 people every year, providing a range of activities to improve community confidence, aspiration, hope & reduce social and health inequalities. With your help we hope to reach even more people and make Leeds a city where everyone has the same opportunities.
That is why on September 7th we are challenging people to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks to help raise money for us to contribute toward the work we do.
