Story
Each year the Community Foundation raises money for fuel poverty and this year we are encouraging businesses to get involved through Challenge 25.
In the Wakefield District there are hundreds of people who are still living in fuel poverty and with fuel prices going up and Universal Credit going down, it is more important than ever that they get the help they need.
We need to raise as many multiples of £25 as possible (the average cost of a winter fuel grant) to help individuals and families that are in crisis pay their fuel bills.
Thank you

We help local people in need with no judgement or lengthy procedures. We catch those who fall through the gaps and support different groups, minorities, individuals and families, whatever their situation.
