On 11 January 2009, Blog Preston started. Since then we've gone on to become a widely-read community news site in the city, with more than 800,000 views in December 2018. 50 per-cent of Preston, Lancashire, reads us at least once a month.

To mark our 10th anniversary we're asking our readers to donate to helping another Preston organisation that is celebrating a significant milestone. The Foxton Centre is in its 50th year and does superb work helping the homeless in the city.
