Story
I cycled from London to The Pyrenees Mountains for Phoenix Community Care in 2019 and wish to do something epic again, this time to support PCC's work in Kenya. I will be cycling 20miles a day for 20 days from Sunday 26th April to Friday 15th May. Follow my progress and why not join us for 20 days of adventure during lockdown. We are raising money for Sure 24 in Kenya, an education and housing project in Nakuru. They have two children's homes and schools as well as a new project helping school leavers. COVID-19 has affected them harshly. They are endeavouring to protect all their children and staff but with little medical support (no NHS) and lack of government finance, they are reliant on our support more than ever. All money raised will go towards feeding programmes run on all their sites. Why not use this lock down time to join me make a significant impact. Even if you do not wish to raise money yourself, please sponsor me to help PCC and why not set a target for yourself for 20 days? You can could walk for 20 mins, cycle for 20 miles, walk or run 20k a week or skip 20 mins a day. It is totally up to you and hopefully by the time we finish, an end to lock down may be in sight?
