Story

Well it's that time again where I go and do something pretty gruelling in the name of charity!

Having done Walney to Whitby last year with a group of friends over a 2 day course, this year needed to be something really tough to top it.

This time I have been asked to join a group of elite(!!!) cyclists from work to undertake my toughest trip yet. 150 miles (250 Kilometres) of cycling from blackpool to bridlington. Not in 3 days, not even in 2 days but in 1 DAY.

The route covers some of the toughest terrain that our beloved britain has to offer, including almost 7000 feet of climbing.

It will be a challenge to say the least and I hope you give what you can. Even a quid would be appreciated it all goes to this fabulous charity. My work also double your donation.

Thanks

Lee

ChildLine is the UK's free and confidential, 24 hour helpline for children in distress or danger. Trained volunteer counsellors comfort, advise, support and protect children and young people who may feel they have nowhere else to turn. Children call ChildLine about a wide range of problems, but the most common problems are abuse (both sexual and physical), bullying, serious family tensions, worries about friends' welfare and teenage pregnancy. Children and young people can call ChildLine about anything – no problem is too big or too small. ChildLine is a service provided by the NSPCC
