"Can you ride a 42 miles XC on a mountain bike? We are setting ourselves this challenge!

Blackburn College staff, friends and family are challenging themselves to ride a 42 mile circular route taking in the Leeds/Liverpool Canal towpath, old disused railway lines and high moorland trails around Haslingden and Holcombe moors finally decending down to Roddlesworth Woods and back into Blackburn.

Feel free to come along and take part or just donate, either way we are asking for nothing more than a tenner! You can donate and ride or donate and feel sorry for us.

For anyone who wants to join in, but feels 42 miles is too far, there will also be a smaller challenge of 22 miles. We will all meet up together to cross the finish line as one team of riders."
