Youngcare is a national not-for-profit revolutionizing the way young people with high physical support needs live with freedom, dignity and choice.

Youngcare is creating choice, independence and dignity for young people with disability by developing homes, advocating for much-needed policy change, delivering grants programs, and provide education, advice and pathways through their free support service.

I'm inspired by the work of Youngcare and wanted to support them by raising funds as part of my participation in the #YOURCAKE Challenge! Who doesn't LOVE cake?!
