The BHF helped me recover phisically and mentally from my heart attacks.

Aged 29 and with a 6 month old boy and 18 month old girl I really struggled processing and getting over what had happened to me.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
