From city to sea, the Great North Run returns to its classic route for 2022!Almost 60,000 determined and dedicated runners make the Great North Run the Worlds biggest and best half marathon On 11th September 2022. 

This is the first running event I have attempted and I could think of no better charity to run for.  Having recently moved to Newcastle their presence in the area is plain to see.  Daft As A Brush provide a free transport service that assists people to and from hospital for cancer outpatient appointments. A member of the Daft as a Brush team can also stay with the patient whilst they have their treatment and then bring them back home.
