I will be taking part in the 30 mile "Thames Bridges" cycle ride on Sunday 23 May in aid of the Stroke Association. I realise times are hard, but if you could make a small donation towards this very good cause I would be very grateful. Come on, 30 miles at my age must be good for a fiver at least, eh ?
