I am back in training after my knee played up and am hoping that I will now be ready and fully fit for 2010.  I am still looking for a time around 4 hours.

As we have had such a great time with Spike after we adopted him from Blackberry Farm near Aylesbury, I wanted to pay it forward and ensure that the wonderful work of the RSPCA can keep going.  I know show much Spike needed a new home and how long he waited.  If anything makes that wait easier for other animals, I am glad to help.  And your help will help me help them!

Also, I know that I will be going back to Blackberry Farm when the time comes; but, long may we wait.
