Story

Haileybury Youth Trust (HYT) is a fantastic charity that works in rural Uganda to build better lives by providing training that allows people to build new facilities such as schools, water tanks and more efficient kitchens to feed the school pupils.  It is our school's very own charity with links going back to the young Clement Atlee who was inspired by the charity when he volunteered in the East End of London.  Have a look at their website: http://www.haileyburyyouthtrust.com/

Running the Brighton Marathon last year as part of a team of teachers to rasie money for HYT was a great experience but this year I am running solo and really would appreciate your support.  I aim to at least match my total last year of £600 and if possible raise more so any donation you consider would be hugely welcome.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to HYT and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more for HYT, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you for your support.
