Story
We are a group of friends who want to show that we stand with the people of Burma as they resist the military regime.
All support will go to Partners Asia, an exceptional org that distributes funds to non-profits in Myanmar.
Irene pledges to bike 100 miles and donate $5/mile.
Jamie pledges to bike 101 miles and donate $5/mile.

What's happening in Burma?
After 50 brutal years under military dictatorship, the people of Myanmar have had a brief taste of democracy under Aung San Suu Kyi. But on Feb 1, 2021 the military overthrew the democratically- elected government and has been on a murderous reign of terror since.
Today, the people of Myanmar are navigating the compounding horrors of covid 19 and a dictatorship that - in addition to murdering protestors - arrests doctors and destroys oxygen supplies.
I'm raising funding to give them critical support, but also to show that we stand with their struggle and support their movement for lasting freedom.
