Ben was my big brother who I miss terribly.  He died of pneumonia 2 days after his 37th birthday leaving a young family; wife Emma and two boys Jacob and Sam who were just 7 and 4 when Ben died.

A team of Ben's family and friends will cycle coast to coast across the French Pyrenees on 22nd-27th June 2014 to raise money in Ben's name for Winston's Wish, a charity which supports bereaved children.

The challenge covers a distance of 650kms over 6 days with an ascent of over 10km, climbing 12 cols including the famous Tour de France giants Col du Tourmalet, Col d'Aspin and Col d'Aubisque.  

Please give generously for this amazing cause and help children who have lost a parent, like my nephews Jacob and Sam have, live with their grief and rebuild positive futures.
