Story

…...& WE ALL SAID NEVER  AGAIN?!?!?!

3 years on & I think we were all hoping the 24 hour charity bike ride idea had been forgotten about……sadly not!

So here we go once again…...

On Friday 20th March 2015 from 6pm, a team of 16 Elton Cricket Club players & members will be completing another mammoth charity bike ride in the pavilion at Leigh Lane, Bury, BL8 2RH, 0161 762 9289.

This is all in aid of Bury Cancer Support Centre.

Any donations big or small would be much appreciated.

In the past we have raised over £4k for Manchester Children's Hospital (2011), & over £6k for Bury Hospice (2012). If we can raise another decent amount for yet another local charity then I'm sure the pain & sleep deprivation will all be worth it :o)

The 24 hour stint will feature a variety of fancy dress outfits, memorable (and embarassing) photos, loud music, Xbox and possibly a unit or 2 of alcohol!!!

If you would like to show your support at any point during the 24 hours please feel free to drop in for a drink, or even for a quick half hour stint on one of the bikes to help out our tired team!

If you can help us out in any way, or have an idea that you would like to contribute with (cake/choc stall) then please do not hesitate to let us know.
