Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am raising money for the BHF for the forth year in a row. I am sticking with this charity as I want to help them stop families losing loved ones through heart disease.
In 2012 I lost my Father in Law Alastair McNair. He was taken from us with no warning one morning when he was only 60. It was a horrible thing to happen and we still all miss him very much.
By donating to the British Heart Foundation you are helping to fund research that will prevent this happening to other people.
In return for your money I will cycle around 210 miles over three events.
On the night of the 7th June I will be cycling 100 KM (around 60 miles) through London in the middle of the night for Nightrider. This will run from around 11:30 at night to about 6:00 AM.
The following weekend on the 15th June I will be cycling around 50 miles from London to Brighton. This will include the very tough Ditchling Beacon - a killer of a hill right at the end of the ride.
Lastly on 10th August I will cycle 100 miles in one go around London and Surrey on the Prudential Ride London Surrey 100. This ride is a real challenge - a long way with some really big hills thrown in as well. last year was tough but I really loved it.
Please make it all worthwhile by being generous with your donations.
