Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In the late 1980’s, early 1990’s, I used to run a lot. I did a few 10k races, The London Marathon in April 1991, The New York Marathon in Nov 1991 and London again in 1992. Then slowly but surely I stopped running. I weighed in at 15 stone 2lbs in May this year and thought enough is enough. I changed a few things and am now 2 stone lighter and getting back into running. 

To give me a goal, I have entered the Bournemouth Supersonic 10k on 9th October 2022 and would love to use this event to raise some money for a charity I love… The Youth Cancer Trust. Since ToneFest came to an end, I haven’t raised anything for them.
