Story

I made it - and can still seemingly walk today. Having managed to turn a 42 mile ride into a 48 mile one by missing a direction arrow and not noticing for quite some time I think I've fully delivered on my commitment!
It was very warm and briefly very wet as the heavens opened passing through Henley.
Thanks to Jon T for riding with me. Doing it solo would have been much harder.
Thank you all for your generous sponsorship for such an important cause and if you donated as 'Anonymous' please get in touch so that I can thank you personally.
Phil.

I'm taking part in the Big Blue Bike Ride this September to raise money and help beat prostate cancer. I reckon most of us know someone amongst the 1 in 8 men that are affected by prostate cancer in the UK. That's thousands of dads, grandads, partners, brothers, sons, uncles and mates. The money raised will fund research into lifesaving treatments for prostate cancer and provide practical support to men and their families.
