I'm taking part in the Epic 65 mile Big Blue Bike Ride this September, with my son Henry, to raise money and help beat prostate cancer. 

1 in 8 men are affected by prostate cancer in the UK. That's thousands of Dads, Grandads, Partners, Brothers, Sons, Uncles, Mates and Workmates. The money raised will fund research into lifesaving treatments for prostate cancer and provide practical support to men and their families.
