I'm taking part in the "Big Blue Bike Ride"  this September (we start in Windsor on a 40 mile route) to raise money and help beat prostate cancer. I'm riding with a group of "mature" friends with whom I cycle regularly. We haven't done a fundraising ride for some time now and I'm hoping in this way to help Prostate Cancer UK.

As you may know, 1 in 8 men are affected by prostate cancer in the UK. That's thousands of dads, grandads, partners, brothers, sons, uncles and mates. The money raised will fund research into lifesaving treatments for prostate cancer and provide practical support to men and their families.

This will be a fun day out for a deserving charity, and although I appreciate you may get a number of similar requests, I hope you can support me in whatever way you can.
