Story

Friends!

On 10th July I will be cycling 56 miles to raise money for the Beer-Harris Memorial Trust in memory of my wonderful dad and superstar triathlete cousin Joe. Both of them would be in hysterics at the thought of my undertaking this challenge having only ridden my road bike on the road for the first time a month before the event...

The BHMT was set up after my dad, Dominic - who was a psychiatrist and passionate about helping the least, the last and the lost - died in 2013. The name was later changed to include my cousin after he died in 2017; Joe loved to champion people, empowering and supporting anyone who needed it. The trust continues as a legacy to them by working to support community projects, raise awareness and facilitate research in order to promote improved mental health.

If you can spare a few pennies (or pounds!) towards a worthy cause, I would be incredibly grateful.
