School of Teacher Education · 14 April 2021

Today, we're inviting all alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends of UNC to give back to the programs and areas of campus they love the most. When the Bear community joins together, we can make a BIG impact.

Story

Founded as a teacher’s college in 1889, UNC has education in its DNA. Students in the School of Teacher Education leave UNC with a solid foundation for their careers. The School of Teacher Education leads Colorado in educating future teachers, with 54 percent of educators in the state having earned their degree from UNC.

Education alumni are trained and experienced in working with diverse student populations across multiple subject areas in classrooms settings that continually evolve. As the challenges of the past year have shown, the need for excellent educators continues to be a priority, which is why we’re asking for your support on Bears Give Back

Your gift to the School of Teacher Education will directly support our work to provide hands-on learning experiences, small class sizes, and experienced faculty dedicated to supporting our future educators. We hope you will consider making a gift today to support UNC students in their pursuit of being leaders in education.
