Story

On 28th May 2 of our Operation Managers, Brummell Gonzalez and Jhon Sanchez will be taking part in RideLondon-Essex 100 to support Prostate Cancer Research.

The spectacular event will see cyclists of all backgrounds and abilities cover 100 miles on traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring Essex.

The 2 guys are doing the event in memory of the one and only Roger Odle, who sadly passed away in 2022 having been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. A larger than life character, loved by everyone, he was a long standing friend and colleague of many within DOC.

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed male cancer in the UK, yet current treatments are limited and can be harmful, particularly for the late stages.Prostate Cancer Research funds research into more effective treatments for prostate cancer with the aim creating a future where people are free from the impact of the disease. Your fundraising will support innovative scientists with bold ideas working collaboratively to achieve results and who put patient voice at the heart of their decisions, making a real difference to the lives of people affected.Any donation will help me get one step closer to my target and will help to support Prostate Cancer Research in achieving their mission. Thank you!
