We are crazy, off our heads and slightly mad but we are healthy. We have decided to run the biggest marathon in the world to raise funds for Maggies Centre at Clatterbridge because our beautiful, amazing Caroline has had to use the fantastic services at Maggies this year.

It is an incredible place and run entirely on donations.

Faridah has a ballot place in the marathon and has very kindly agreed to help me raise a total of 2000.00 for my charity place. We have already kickstarted the campaign with a cocktail evening. There are lots of others things planned, including a charity belly dancing class, a psychic night and another cocktail evening.

My amazing 15 year of daughter (Poppy) has decided to cut off 20 inches off her hair to help with our funding raising and she will then donate her to a wig maker for children suffering from cancer. This idea was Poppy's alone and we have been totally taken aback by her unselfishness and generosity.

We will be putting in the hard graft; lots of miles to be run, the squats, and personal training sessions etc. We need you to support us with our fundraising - you are going to be sick of us asking for your support!
