Our beautiful boy Gabriel Maxwell Rennie was born 1st January 2014 and weighed 5lb 7oz. After an unbelievable brave and courageous battle our baby boy very sadly slipped away and joined the Angels on the 15th May, at just four and half months old. 

Heartbroken and devastation does not come close... 

Claire House have been and continue to be an amazing support to us throughout this devastating journey. They supported us in bringing Gabriel out of hospital and created some of the most precious memories and experiences with him that we will never ever forget and will carry deep in our hearts and cherish always and forever.
