NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients.Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of the virus. It's our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.
Our team's pre season training starts now
Following a couple of days rest, The team are saying good bye to Brighton and Hove Albion FC and are heading off to Sunny Wales, The team will cover 209.05 Miles in 10 Days
They would love too Smash the £1000 target by the time they reach Cardiff.

So our team arrived in Cardiff 5 days ahead of schedule, they thought i was going easy on them asking them too do 210 miles from.the Amex Stadium to Cardiff in 10 days, Whilst they were running and cycling their way there, I was on route too Skegness,
I've saved them all a Donkey on the Beach and offered too get a round in when they arrive, question is, can they get there before FRIDAY?
